The formed committee met under the chairmanship of the Vice President for University of Karbala of Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Najem Abdulhussein Najem, and approved the need for admission to graduate studies to be independent at Karbala University.
The committee considered that the colleges should send their proposals in particular, so that the appropriate instructions for admission would be developed, discussed, unified and sent to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
