The President of the University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Basem Khalil Nayel Al-Saidi, inaugurated a number of smart halls, scientific laboratories, and an advanced camera room in the College of Nursing, in the presence of a number of professors.
During the opening ceremony, he listened to a detailed explanation by the specialists of the working mechanism of the screens and the new camera system. The Dean of the College, Dr. Ali Karim Khudair, said: “The installation of interactive smart screens in the students’ classrooms comes in order to keep pace with the scientific development taking place in communication technology to serve the academic process in the country.”
He added, “The screens provide multiple services, including the smart board, visual display, text video, and a large number of illustrations, depending on some applications.” For his part, the university president expressed his thanks to the Deanship of the College of Nursing for its great efforts in completing such projects that serve the student segment and raise their scientific level.
