The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, gave a lecture at the National Defense College at the Defense University for Military Studies on the academic and development programs undertaken by university institutions to support state institutions. In his lecture, the Minister of Education reviewed the Ministry’s policy and approach in implementing development plans, consolidating curricula and university outcomes, internationalizing education, and attracting international students. He stressed the importance of shifting towards adopting the Bologna Process and coordinating with international universities and competent international organizations to give the necessary momentum in the areas of training and achieving scientific twinning programmes.
