The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, arrived in Wasit Governorate, inaugurated new urban projects in its university, and laid the foundation stone for a number of buildings in its specialized colleges.
During his tour of the university, in the presence of its president, Dr. Mazen Al-Hassani, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, confirmed that the ministry is keen to follow up and prepare all quality requirements in the educational environment, including classrooms, advanced laboratories, libraries, green spaces, and service facilities, in order to provide an appropriate academic climate that contributes to the implementation and success of Academic programs accredited by university institutions.
The Minister of Education was briefed on the private medical clinics of the College of Dentistry and urged more interaction in the field of providing services to the community and providing scientific solutions and consultations to all sectors of the state, stressing at the same time the speedy completion of university projects in accordance with the harmonious timings and the five-year plan for universities. The inaugurated projects included the annex of new buildings for the Faculties of Education for Humanities and Arts, a conference hall, modern buildings for the Faculty of Medicine, and the smart gate for the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, as well as laying the foundation stone for a number of university projects that include scientific departments.In this context, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, inaugurated the plastic exhibition of the faculty and students of the Faculty of Fine Arts and the charity market held by the university.
