Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Najem Abdulhussein Najem, met the vistors from Tehran University , who visited the University of Karbala to deal about the terms of the agreement between the University of Karbala and the University of Tehran. The visitors was headed by Dr. Masoumeh Malak, Director General of International Relations at the University of Tehran, in addition to Deputy Director General and Director General of Foreign Affairs and some senior officials. The agreement were approved by the Council of Ministers.
