At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President of Karbala University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Najem Abdulhussein Najem, gave a speech in which he explained his Excellency’s remarks on how to develop scientific journals.
The mechanism of global scientific publishing was also discussed, in addition to a discussion of an annual report submitted by the Department of Scientific Affairs.
