Karbala University, in cooperation with Al-Zahra University, peace be upon her, for girls, hosted the second knowledge forum for the directors of registration and student affairs of Iraqi public and private universities to discuss the mechanisms of work of the registration departments in universities and discuss ministerial instructions. The President of the University, Professor Basem Khalil Nayel Al-Saidi, said that this forum is one of the important forums that the University of Karbala is working on in implementing its scientific and academic programs. Al-Saeedi stressed that this forum is working to discuss the instructions issued by the ministry, the distance of intersections, and the provision of facilities for students, whether during admission and study or after completing the study, calling for the recommendations and proposals of the forum to be in the development of appropriate solutions in the implementation of instructions.For his part, the Director of Registration and Student Affairs, Dr. Mushtaq Karim Abdul Rahim, explained that this forum aims to discuss instructions, cross-fertilize ideas, and mature administrative work in addressing problems that hinder the work of registration departments in Iraqi universities. On the other hand, the representative of the Ministry, Dalia Omar Nazmi, said that this forum is very effective in discussing matters pertaining to students, and that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research commends the efforts of the University of Karbala in preparing and preparing the signs for holding the forum.
