The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the issuance of twenty-eight new ministerial orders to transfer the services of a number of top graduates appointed in a number of state institutions to their formations. This procedure comes based on Article 2 of Law No. 67 of 2017 and the content of the Ministry of Finance’s letter No. 54555 dated 8/24/2023. The Ministry calls on the transferees to complete the proper and direct disengagement procedures in the new distribution entities
