A master’s thesis at the University of Karbala discusses planning and controlling the movement of the self-driving car in the presence of obstacles in the road

A master’s thesis in the College of Engineering, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Karbala, discussed planning and controlling the movement of the self-driving car in the presence of obstacles in the road.The thesis submitted by researcher Fatima Mounir Abdel Rasool was titled “Supporting movement planning in a self-driving car by means of a smart control unit.”The thesis included conducting a study and simulation of movement planning for an autonomous car and its control in critical situations represented by the presence of obstacles on the road.
