The Faculty of Law at Karbala University publishes a book on transplanting human organs and tissues

Recently published by two lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Haider Hussein Al-Shammari and Prof. Dr. Diaa Al-Asadi, an author on “The legal and legal regulation of transplantation of human organs and tissues.”The book includes three chapters, the first dealt with clarification of the legal regulation of transplantation of human organs and tissues, while the second chapter was devoted to clarifying forms of legal disposal of human organs, and the last chapter explained the provisions of the transfer or transplantation of human organs and tissues.In their book, the two researchers followed the methodology of comparative and analytical research between the Iraqi Law for Transplantation of Human Organs and Prevention of Trafficking in Human Organs No. 11 of 2016, and the Egyptian and Qatari laws related to the same matter.They focused on clarifying the most important and recent issues related to the trafficking or disposal of human organs.It is noteworthy that the issue of transferring and transplanting human organs and tissues is one of the most important topics of the era, and it has taken a large part of contemporary jurisprudence, and the thinking of men of positive law; Being a sensitive subject.
