Mr. Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider Mohammed Omran, attended the first edition of the “Mubsroon” festival on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, organized by the College of Education for Human Sciences in collaboration with the General Secretariat of the Holy Hussayniya Shrine, Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs / Blind Institutes Division, in support of individuals with visual impairments and in belief of their abilities, as they are a distinguished part of this society.
