The Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Haider Mohammed Imran, attended a scientific seminar on enhancing the innovation environment in universities. The seminar was organized by the College of Education for Human Sciences in collaboration with the Advisory Office of the American University in Baghdad and was attended by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Sabah Wajid Ali.
The seminar was presented by Dr. Amjad Talal Saeed, Advisor at the Institute for Continuing Education at the American University in Baghdad. It focused on the establishment of technology incubators for startup projects, which can be developed and introduced into the market, thereby contributing to the creation of a sustainable entrepreneurial environment.
On the other hand, the Dean of the College, Dr. Hadi Al-Saeedi, stated that “this scientific seminar aligns with the vision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in supporting innovation in higher education, as it represents a critical turning point in steering universities toward sustainable development.”
